Qualifications and experience

* 2 years experience in an industrial admin role
* Experience using MS Office packages
* Candidates with Sage Line 50 would be highly desirable
* Proven experience of delivering excellent customer service
* Positive attitude
* Excellent organisational skills
* Good communication skills


* Reception Duties
* Monitoring office supplies and stationery / purchasing supplies as required
* Check and update works orders with correct PO number
* Maintain filing system (manual and electronic)
* Update internal order system with customer staff/preference changes
* Purchase Ledger
* Process Card Payments
* Sales Invoices and Credit Control
* Processing Staff Timesheets
* Ensure customer / supplier info is updated on sage
