A construction company is looking for a Commercial Assistant to join their team in Central London on a temporary to permanent basis. The company are looking for someone with 2 years experience or junior Quantity Surverying experience. The hourly rate is £12.50 - £15 PAYE.

Commercial experience is necessary. Construction experience is necessary.

* Making subcontractor payment applications
* Raising subcontractor orders
* Identifying variations in payments
* Regular cost reporting
* Enter data accurately into an excel database
* Answering and fielding incoming telephone calls
* Liaise with senior members of staff across various teams
* Updating and maintaining documents

The ideal candidate will have:

* Experience in the construction industry
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong IT skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel / Word
* The ability to multitask and have high attention to detail
* Experience in the Construction Industry/working on-site would be a bonus
