Senior M&E Commercial Manager

An exclusive position with a Tier 1 Main Contractor in Central London has just become available. If you have experience working within the healthcare sector on projects circa £30 million this could be a perfect match for you…

As Senior M&E Commercial Manager you will be responsible for all financial aspects of the project working closely with the Project Director.

Responsibilities:

* Day to day running on the project in terms of procurement and financial control
* Bid for new opportunities and attend interviews for new work
* Internal commercial & resource management of projects to achieve profitable returns
* Leadership, guidance & mentoring staff
* Act as the key co-ordinator with the professional team and works contractors in respect to the valuation process.

What do you need?

* BSc in Quantity Surveying, ideally chartered (MRICS/CIBSE or equivalent)
* Strong knowledge and experience of M&E systems within the Health sector
