This opportunity is best suited to nurses who are looking for more than just job satisfaction. With this medium-sized private healthcare provider, you will initially receive a thorough 5-day induction and the world if your oyster, with 90% of the senior team being from internal promotions.

This brand new service is set to open in September, however before it can, it needs nurses like you!

A 30 bedded specialist care centre, caring for younger adults with a range of complex care needs including; Mental Health Conditions, dementia and challenging behaviours. There will still be a need for General and Learning Disability Nurses don't worry.

Unit Manager

Location: Leeds, LS9

Hours: Full time or Part time, Days or Nights

Salary: £30,000pa - £40,000pa - Pay increase after a successful probation period

Responsibilities

- Head up your own unit
- Aid in the training of new care assistants and nurses
- Administration of medication
- Promote independence and dignity throughout everyday life
- Assessing care needs and developing person-centered care plans
- Communicating with an MDT, also service users and families

Requirements

- NMC registered, either RGN, RMN or RNLD
- Flexible attitude
- Able to develop strong relationships
