Are you an experienced Pre-Construction Manager looking for a new challenge in a company that can offer a strong pipeline of work, huge potential to develop within the business and a large portfolio of established clients.

My client, a leading Main Contractor is looking for a Pre-Construction Manager to join the team to help manage the bid process on a range of construction projects within the area. Reporting into a Pre-Construction Director you will work with consultants, clients and the supply chain to achieve this.

The individuals will be an integral part of the team to successfully lead the Pre-Construction team whilst managing several bid processes which has the potential to offer promotions and progression down the line due to the pipeline of work the business has.

Key Skills

* Degree Qualification or Equivalent
* CIOB or Equivalent]
* Experience in collecting and writing the construction methodology content material for quality tender submissions
* Strong leadership skills
* Strong communication
* Relationship building skills both within the team and with wider organisations
* Excellent problem solving and investigative skills
* IT literate- well versed in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point
