Job Title: - Site Manager

Location: - Slough, Berkshire

Salary: - £250 - 300 p/d (Depending on experience)

My client is seeking a strong site manager to aid in the management of a phased refurbishment in Slough. MOD clearance is highly soght after but can be supplied if you don't have it already. This project has a good site team due to the size of the job, perfect for someone who works well in team environments. Pipeline for work is particularly strong and there will also be the opportunity to move on to other projects in the local area across the Thames Valley region. The ideal candidate will have good experience in new build construction acorss a varoiety of sectors and ideally will have SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS Card and Appointed Persons.

Candidate's experience:

* Experience working with similar or same clients
* Hardworking and dedicated
* Working within a team on large schemes or idependently
* Experience using programming software ( Power Point / Microsoft)
* Strong organisational skill with a strong methodical approach
* Strong knowledge of the construction process
* Relevant qualifications i.e. SMSTS, Trade Background, Degree
