Sales Ledger Clerk/Credit Control - Part Time

£20-22000 (pro rata)

Randstad are currently working closely with a reputable construction based SME in Bedfordshire who require a Sales Ledger Clerk/Credit Controller to join their small and close knit finance department. The successful Sales Ledger Clerk/Credit Controller will look after the Sales Ledger, working to tight deadlines and working closely with the Commercial Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

* Coordinate applications for payments
* Raising invoices
* Posting invoices
* Dealing with retentions
* Obtaining credit reports
* Responsible for authorising credit limits and looking into policies
* Credit card payments

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

* Confident and proficient with Excel and preferably Access Dynamics
* Experience working within Sales Ledger/wider finance function
* Excellent communicator and a hard worker
