Complaints Handler - 6 month contract
Bristol BS34
£25000 salary pro rata plus benefits

Do you have experience in customer service? Are you driven to do your best for customers? Randstad are working on behalf of a large financial and professional services company who are recruiting for a Complaints Handler, on an initial 6 month contract basis, based in Bristol.

Main Duties:

* Investigate and resolve customer queries and complaints
* Identify root cause of complaints, monitoring trends of process, product or policy gaps
* Work in line with all FCA guidelines
* Liaise with colleague and ombudsman services where appropriate

Experience:

* Experience working within a complaints or senior customer service role
* Experience of working within a financial environment would be an advantage
* Comfortable working to FCA guidelines and client SLAs
* Able to pick up and understand different products and services
