Randstad Technologies are delighted to be partnered with a luxury fashion retailer in London on their search for a Data Protection Lead. The role is newly created due to continued company growth and will be working at group level.

The company are globally admired and a true pioneer in their field, as such, they've got a very robust security function in place. The fundamental purpose of the role is to keep the company in line with EU GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. You'll be doing this by undertaking impact assessments, overseeing data requests, responding to alleged breaches, conducting Privacy Impact Assessments and generally building a culture into the business.

Experience Required:

* Prior experience as a DPO, DPM or above.
* Expert knowledge of data protection law and practises.
* Hands on experience of developing and embedding data privacy programmes that provide full business awareness of data breach risks.
* Ability to translate technical concepts to non expert business areas.
