My client is currently recruiting an experienced Accounts Manager who is able to speak Spanish and Italian fluently. Working in an expanding European Head office, based in Worcester, you will deal with current clients from the European market.

Job description:

1. Manage unassigned leads and customers to increase and develop business opportunities through Salesforce.com and Marketo Lead Scoring process.
2. Identify opportunities either replacing existing competitive products or providing additional products to existing applications.
3. Improve Market penetration via existing accounts, newaccount business through lead management process and prospecting accounts
4. Identify, nurture and manage existing Inside Sales Accounts Opportunities in order to drive growth against company targets.
5. Proactively support the Salesforce.com team in improving the lead scoring and lead flow process.
6. Consistently fix the root cause of any issue that arises within the process to improve efficiency of lead management
4. Identify trends in customer and market activity and feedback the information to Sales and Marketing for analysis and review monthly.
5. Provide proactive technical support and world class customer service in timely and efficient manner for all customer service channels. Develop relationships with existing and potential customers by promoting our products and services.
6. Lead product, process and application training for Customer Service team members, new engineers, direct sales people, independent sales representatives, distributors, and selected customers.
7. Generate Value Added Proposals (with a concentration on how solutions can resolve manufacturing, total cost of ownership issues) and distribute these to prospective customers and the sales force globally as training material. Support the Director of Sales and Product Training in the creation of training material.
8. Business Process Network Team Members for SBUs, Industry, Support and Sales Teams.

Person specification:

1. Degree - (Engineering or Technical Degree Preferred)
2. Excellent communication and telephone skills in addition to excellent listening abilities. Ability to create instant rapport with customer.
3. Must be computer literate.
4. High energy level - Self-starter
5. Team oriented, people oriented and a relationship builder. Enthusiastic, confident and mature.
6. Reliable, with a resilient nature.
7. Ability to thrive in a fast pace work environment and handle multiple tasks.
8. Goal oriented, ambitious, extremely motivated. Mentally tough and able to withstand rejection.
9. Understanding the proper approach to the customer and the wording need to create a meaningful dialog. The ability to ask open ended questions.
10.. Language Requirements
a. Europe: English and at least one other European language required.
