£30,000 OTE £45K

Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5.15pm

My client a Premier Google Partner is looking for a Sales Manager due to growth in company. They're looking for an enthusiastic individual that is driven to succeed with their targets and help their team do the same. You Responsible for the running and training of the Outbound Sales team based in their newly refurbished, luxury offices in Altrincham.

Working alongside the Head of Sales you will be responsible for ensuring that the sales operation runs at its most efficient in terms of performance, motivation and skill sets. Responsibilities:

* Ensure that all targets are met and KPI's adhered to
* Run the day-to-day training and management of the sales team
* Responsible for sales targets confirmed with Head of Sales
* Continually recruit, train, motivate and develop sales team
* Conduct monthly results assessments of sales staff via one-to-ones
* Collaborate with Head of Sales to develop sales strategies to improve results
* Hold daily sales meetings with sales staff

Ideal Candidate:

* A minimum of 1 years' experience managing a Sales Team
* Experience of working in a lively, fast-paced environment
* Significant experience in sales with a demonstrated successful sales record
* A hunger to reach and exceed targets
* A tenacious 'can do' approach to work
* Strong people management experience and skills
* Be able to communicate confidently and effectively with all levels across the business
* Must be professional, resilient, approachable and diligent
* Excellent organisation and time-keeping skills
