As a Customer Service Coordinator you will be managing our clients customer base, processing orders and ensuring that the department fulfils customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
The role is offered on a permanent basis, based in Coventry working for a leading environmental laboratory.

* Day to day management of customer accounts
* Respond to customer enquiries and provide solutions to problems
* Proactively monitor sample processes throughout the laboratory to ensure that the customers requirements are met
* Develop the key relationships and dependencies with the business functions
* Co-ordinate the handling of difficult situations

* Customer service experience, ideally within a similar environment
* Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
* Effective communication skills both written and verbally
* Experience with working with various IT systems, such as MS Office
* Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
* Is up to date with the developments in own professional area and other related areas
