Senior Quantity Surveyor

My client, one of THE busiest in the market at present, are looking for a Senior QS to join their team in London. Not only will you be working for a stand-out contractor with an excellent and exciting pipeline, the project has amazing progression opportunties!

Principal Duties & Accountabilities (not limited to):

* Commercial reporting
* Have a high level of commercial and technical understanding, working closely with the delivery team
* The preparation of Valuations/Applications for Payment
* Understand change control
* The preparation and management of subcontract and material procurement schedules.
* The administration of subcontractor/supplier accounts
* Understand the early stages of a project (start up procedures) and contribute towards the executions of those procedures

Key Experience:

* A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar / Equivalent HND
* Experience working for a top tier civil contractor
* At least 7 + years experience
* NEC Form of Contract experience (essential!)
