Are you a recent graduate looking for an opportunity to join an award winning Publisher based in the City of London? If so, we are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to join an excellent graduate programme. If you have the desire to carve out a career within the Publishing world in a sales focused role then this would be a great position for you.

The aim of the Sales Executive is to maximise revenues from a variety of established and new business clients, in print, online and events.

Benefits:

Starting salary between £18,000 - £22,000 + OTE £22,500 - £27,500 benefiting from a lucrative accounts base, providing immediate financial success.

Duties:

*Aim to maximise revenues from a variety of established and new business clients, in print online and at events across the B2C portfolio.
*You will manage and expand key accounts.
*Regular liaison with key contacts at membership organisations
*Sell at a high level opportunities, such as native advertising, thought leadership, webinars and cross platform packages.
*Excellent knowledge of the publishing industry and key advertising markets.
*In-depth understanding of client industry and markets.
*Liaise with production, finance and account management teams to ensure smooth running.

*Assist with creating and implementing sales strategies for your accounts
*Identify new areas for lead generation and sales growth

The Requirements:

*Previous experience in sales is highly desirable.
*Strong presentation and communication skills.
*Developed business acumen and the ability to understand the wider issues of the industry
*The ability to identify new revenue opportunities and maximise product potential
*Confident and intelligent sales manner
*Competitive spirit
*Passion and Enthusiasm
*Experience of working in a target driven environment
