This opportunity is best suited to nurses who are looking for more than just job satisfaction. With this medium-sized private healthcare provider, you will initially receive a thorough 5-day induction and the world is your oyster, with 90% of the senior team being from internal promotions.

A 30 bedded specialist care centre, caring for younger adults with a range of complex care needs including; mental health conditions, dementia and challenging behaviours. This service is split into two small manageable units; your role will be to support the Service Manager in the day to day activities in the home.

Nurse Manager (Clinical)

Location: Leeds, LS9

Hours: Full time, x2 clinical and x2 supernumerary shifts

Salary: From £35,000pa

- Managing the clinical and care teams
- Carrying out pre-admission assessments
- Conducting supervisions and appraisals
- Auditing, reviewing and updating care plans and medication records
- Managing staffing levels, compiling rotas etc.
- Assisting with staff training and development


- NMC registered; RGN, RMN or RNLD
- Experience in a senior post leading a team and training is preferred
- Able to develop strong relationships with residents and staff
