Administration Assistant
(Billing Division)
£18,000 Negotiable Depending on Experience.
9am-5pm Monday to Friday

Due to phenomenal growth, an administrator position ore the Billing team has become available.
They were announced in the top 100 fastest growing businesses in the North of England in 2018 and are looking for someone with experience using aBILLity or also known as Union Street.

The role involves but not limited to:
* Data entry
* Responding to customer queries via email and telephone
* Carefully checking customer contracts and customer bills to ensure they are getting billed correctly
* Entering data into our Billing System
* Working within a team of 4 to ensure the new customer bills are accurately sent out.
* Use Excel, Word, and Outlook

The ideal person will have:
* Previous billing experience is required, preferably in the Telecoms sector.
* aBILLity Billing software usage and experience
* Excellent communication skills
* The ability to liaise with various departments within the organisation.

The salary is circa £18,000 but can be negotiated for the right person. You will also receive 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, free parking, company pension, training, and a fun, supportive environment. They are also located within 2 miles of Bolton train station or there is a bus stop opposite the office.
