Product Owner - East London - £45,000

Are you an experienced Product specialist with an interest in emerging technology? Do you have a desire to work in the not for profit sector?

If so, this could be a great opportunity for you…

The company have recently put together a new Digital Product team to build and deliver a range of new digital platforms and services. In addition to this, they are exploring new, innovative technology solutions to help deliver services in a better way to particular categories of customers in challenging situation, this includes the elderly, disabled, visually impaired, non English speakers etc.

The Products and services will cover areas including Voice Assistants, Chat bots, Robotic Process Automation and other areas that will support the delivery of services to the 'digitally excluded'.

As a Product Owner you will identify and assess product opportunities and ensure products are effectively deployed, supported and continuously improved.

Working with teams across the business you will be responsible for ensuring the requirements of both customers and colleagues remain paramount during the development process. As a driving force in the development stages you'll translate requirements into user stories, motivate the agile delivery team, present a clear vision of goals at each iteration cycle, manage the product backlog and contribute to the future direction of assigned products.

What you'll need:-

* Experience of working within a Digital product delivery environment
* Experience working with Data to make decisions and help shape products
* Direct experience of delivering a platform/product in a customer centric organisation
* Good stakeholder and influencing capabilities
* A strong understanding of Agile project management techniques
