Receptionist Team Leader - London

Do you have experience in delivering excellent customer service in a corporate environment? Are you enthusiastic and have team leader experience? If so, read on!

Our client is looking for a receptionist team leader of a high calibre on an ongoing basis to work in London.

Responsibilities are:

* To manage the day to day reception services in London.
* Supporting the Office Manager in driving productivity, quality and continuous improvement.
* Liaising with the Senior Operations manager over issues or changes in process.
* Ensuring that policies and procedures are met at all times.
* To actively delegate and manage work to ensure best practice is maintained in all areas.
* To effectively follow up all client concerns and queries, and deputise in the absence of the Office Manager.

To deliver that you must be able to demonstrate:
●Experience in Corporate environment
●The ability to lead a team with strong delegation skills and customer focus.
●Good working knowledge of IT skills and be fully conversant with Microsoft packages such as Word and Excel.
●Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
●Good interpersonal skills and confidence to act in a professional and business-like manner.
●Supervisory experience in a legal or banking field.

●Full time position
●37.5 hours per week
●£32,000 per annum + holiday pay
●In-house induction and training
●Pension scheme.
