This is a temporary position starting asap, working Monday - Thursday 08.30am-17.00pm and Fridays 08.30am-16.30pm

*Provide Admin support within the environmental health team
*Managing electronic and paper based files
*Taking calls and gaining information from calls
*Passing information to environmental health officers
*Logging information and details onto the system
*Maintain and update databases
*Supporting with general administration as required

Skills and experience;
*Good written and verbal communication skills
*Minimum of 1-2 years office experience
*Good keyboard skills
*Fast and very accurate typing speeds
*High level of attention to detail
