IT Support Analyst - £25,000

A leading business in the South West is currently on the hunt for an IT professional to join their support team As a business they serve over 2 million customers across the UK. You will be working in the IT support team along-side 17 other team members to provide both face to face and remote support to the business. They work in a Windows environment supporting O365, Windows 10, smartphones (both iOS and Android) etc.

You will be working with other team members to ensure the best service is provided and you will help drive improved support. The business has different departments within IT such as infrastructure, networking, security etc. and people who have worked in the support team previously have now gone into different departments to pursue their passion and develop their skillset.

They are looking for someone who has:

* IT support experience
* Has supported Windows, O365 and smartphones (iOS & iPhone) is desirable
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent customer service skills

In return they will provide you with a package of c£25,000 depending on experience with other great benefits such as private medical and life insurance.
