Are you looking for an exciting opportunity where you can travel internationally to really cool places like The Bahamas and use your strong relationship, account management and new business skills? Do you have prior experience in B2B business intelligence subscription sales within a commercial sector and are keen to join a global business where you can progress your career? If so, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Strategic Account Manager to work on a vibrant and lucrative portfolio of financial services and insurance accounts. You will immediately inherit all sales in process so you can earn commission from the get go.

The Strategic Account Manager will enjoy an active book of business and will be tasked with ensuring that all accounts are maximised by keeping an active pulse on the clients needs. Developing new and existing business across a range of subscription based business intelligence products will be the main goal!
In this role you will enjoy networking opportunities where you will attend some exciting events, lunch and dinner meetings. You will also benefit from working in central London, where the team is social, fun and progression is at the fore front of your career with them!

Benefits:

Excellent starting salary £35,000 - £40,000 plus a realistic double OTE, taking on a book of lucrative accounts opening you up to immediate opportunities for financial success.
Uncapped OTE, £70K - £80K +
Company Christmas and Summer Parties.
Succession planning, you will be next in line for a leadership role.
Excellent training and development, and fast routes to progression.

Duties:

*Achieving growth targets from existing clients within the portfolio by maintaining relationships, training clients, establishing the value of services, upselling and cross selling value added contracts.
*Day to day management of a lucrative and vibrant portfolio of insurance and financial services accounts.
*Working collaboratively with editorial and marketing to ensure client objectives are met.
*Managing and developing your revenue stream through established business opportunities
*Developing your understanding of client offering, competitors and clients to maximise growth opportunity on each client account.

The Requirements:

*Previous experience in B2B business intelligence subscription sales and account management, preferably in the insurance, financial services and commodities sectors.
*Experience managing multi-million pound portfolio.
*Someone that is willing to collaboratively work as part of a team.
*Strong presentation, communication, negotiation and closing skills.
*Highly developed business acumen and the ability to understand the wider issues of the industry
*The ability to identify new revenue opportunities and maximise product potential.
*Confident and intelligent sales manner.
*Competitive spirit.
*Passion and Enthusiasm.
*Experience of working in a target driven environment
