My client, an established Housing Developer is looking to hire a Customer Services Coordinator for a 12 month contract based in their Head Office in Peterborough. This company is very well established, who demand a very high quality of professionalism throughout their business.

The ideal candidate will have extensive office based customer services experience, an ability to work with different departments and conducts themselves professionally face to face and over the phone

Duties,

* Reporting to the Customer services manager
* Be the point of contact for all customers who have moved in to their new homes and address any concerns they have.
* Responsible for ensuring that customers receive a first class services
* Deal with customer complaints either on email, in writing or over the telephone
* Respond and address any issues and prioritise in order of severity
* Liaise with internals departments, site managements teams, technical and commercial departments to gain information to address any customer issues
* Update company in-house systems with correct information
* Gain all the facts and establish a suitable outcome in order to address customers either in writing, over the telephone or email
* Escalate any serious issues to line manager

Qualifications, skills and experience

* Previous customer service experience is a must, previous construction/new homes would be an advantage
* GCSE's grade C's or above
* Ability to communicate at different levels and have empathy when dealing with sensitive issues
* Able to articulate at a professional level at all times and able to write letters/emails in a professional manner
* Willing to take on additional duties and training on offer by the company
* Strong work ethic, drive and ambition
