Finishing Manager required for an exciting opportunity with a leading Developer near Folkestone. Salary flexible for the right individual. Excellent permanent opportunity.

Our client is a busy Kent based developer with an interesting and varied workload. they build Flats, volume house developments, high quality apartments, top end one of new build houses and have a number of quality developments across the County.

Due to growth they have identified the need for a Finishing Manager with previous experience of taking a number of houses and flats from being water tight, through fit out stages, electrics, plumbing, decoration etc through to final snagging stages.

Reporting into Senior Management on site you will be responsible for liaising with all trades, checking quality, monitoring the programme and making sure finish is hitting the quality standards required.

The client is flexible regarding salary and offer an excellent package. They have a large number of new projects at various stages due to start in the next 12 months and this position can offer security for a number of years.
