Client Director / IT Service Director - Glasgow

A global IT managed service provider is urgently seeking a new IT Service Director to be embedded with a major client in central Glasgow. It is a great time to be joining the business as they are going through a period of significant growth and investment - providing a great career opportunity to whoever takes the role. The client account is also in an excellent position - profitable, happy with the existing service and keen to expand / innovate.

You would have ultimate responsibility for the client relationship, account P&L and the successful delivery / continuous improvement of a complete IT service to one of the most high-profile and successful client accounts in Scotland.

As the successful candidate you must have:

- A strong track record in a similar role - with senior leadership responsibility for client focused IT service delivery

- Experience of managing client relationships at a senior level

- Prior experience and responsibility for managing a £multi-million P&L

- Extensive experience of IT Service Delivery and broad understanding of IT services

- Commercial experience of managing, continuously improving and maximising the profitability of an IT service

You will be rewarded with an excellent package that includes:

- Basic salary of circa £75,000 - £80,000 depending on skills and experience
