Shift Maintenance Engineer - Harlow, Essex - Continental Days/Nights - £42,000 + Package

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM powerhouse situated in Harlow, essex. The successful candidate will be electrically or mechanically qualified with a with a proven track record in a critical environment or experience maintaining and supporting intelligent buidlings for minimum of five years.

Hours of work:

* Continental Shift and lots of overtime available

Requirements:

* Electrical biased / qualified (Apprenticeship, NVQ)
* A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
* Multi-Skilled
* Good communication skills
* Able to start immediately or at short notice
* HV Authorised
* Minimum 3 years in critical environment

Job Details:

* 20 days shift holiday
* Pension & healthcare
* Overtime
* Career progression & training

The successful candidate will have knowledge of the below duties;

* To ensure all environmental and critical systems are maintained at all times
* To carry out PPM, reactive and breakdown work to all mechanical and electrical systems
* Ensure up to date shift logs are kept at all times and issued to thye site supervisor / contract manager at the end of each shift
* Supervisiing and monitoring of sub-contractors works whilst they are on site undertaking maintenance
