Are you searching for a new and exciting role? If so, I have a role working with a large Facilities Management provider in the centre of Leeds. This role is full time and offers great opportunities within, your key responsibilities are;

* Provide a single point of contact for customers, technical staff, support staff and management, receiving calls on the Help Desk
* Log all calls received and prioritise in a predetermined category as defined within the Help Desk Operating Procedures
* Take full ownership of any queries that have been inputted on the database to make sure the end result is correct.
* Have a clear understanding of what duties need to be done so the correct assistance can be called out. Issue, receive and enter maintenance information into concept 500 SQL or similar computerised PPM package.
* Undertake day to day administration in association with the Help Desk Facility and as directed by the Senior Administrator
