We have an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative to join a global business based in Coventry. There is a structured training and on-boarding process, where full product and sales training is provided. You will be working in a lively vibrant office on a friendly sales desk.

Your Responsibilities as an inside sales representative:
* Identify business opportunities and follow up these leads
* Contact lapsed clients to win back business
* Support the team in creating weekly reports using excel
* Support the Sales Account Executives in the field
* Deal directly with customers to support the sales process
* Make outbound calls to existing customers to maximise business
* Maximise clients that you bring on and existing
* Follow up new business leads


As the primary contact between the business and its customers, you'll be expected to ensure that every customer receives the same level of assistance and guidance you yourself would expect.
Your Skills/ Experience
* Ideally at least 12 months experience in a sales role
* Confident on the phone
* Ability to upsell
* Strong team work
* Effective communication - both written and verbal.
* Ability to plan & organise
* IT Literacy - advanced excel, word and PowerPoint
* Proven ability to work to targets
