A large and successful commercial organisation with an undoubtable record of success.

The organisation is last year made over £1 billion in revenue and due to expansion, they are looking for a Compliance Officer to join their team.

Your new role

You will be joining a multi-disciplinary team of 20 and your responsibilities will include:

* Looking after the compliance the energy services across the site, such as air, electricity & water
* Ensuring accurate and comprehensive records are kept up to date in relation to health & safety, building compliance and quality assurance
* Ensuring all compliance for the team is up to date and in line with the SLA's agreed
* Carrying out routinely checks on workforce activities, record keeping and general housekeeping

What you need to succeed

* Your experience within a similar and fast-paced environment will drive your success
* You will have a service-orientated attitude and enjoy working in a customer service environment
* You will also have experience of using a CMMS system
* You will also have a good understanding & be a proficient user of CMMS systems
