Senior Application Specialist is required by leading UK Construction business. You'll work across the UK, providing support, training, coaching and encouraging best use of two key SAAS applications.

You will operate as the main link between the Software provider and the users, managing configuration changes, upgrades, fault resolution etc.

It's a safety critical and quality driven sector, in addition to a strong background in Application Support, any experiecne in a similar environment would be beneficial (regulated, quality driven etc)

Key outputs include:

* Provide a range of support, training and advice on the practical application of the software - including informal workshops, training, mentoring and coaching to raise awareness, compliance and to reduce risk of inadequate or incomplete data
* Proactively advocate quality management activities with operational teams and supply chain to reduce mistakes, rework, recalls & defects
* Lead the continual improvement capability, change management, efficiency and functionality ensuring relevance to the businesses; which is informed by feedback from the user base, audit, compliance reviews, industry best practice

You'll need to be a strong relationship builder and effective stakeholder manager (both internal and external).

This is a great opportunity to join a thriving construction business. You'll have a good level of autonomy and a mix of home working, UK wide travel and office based work in Surrey (one day per week).
