Are you an experienced Customer Service Adviser ready to take on a new challenge?

Randstad is currently working with various clients recruiting for number of customer service advisers on the outskirts of Leeds and Bradford area for an ongoing temp contract.

* Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
* £8.21 - £9 per hour
* Weekly pay
* Free parking onsite
* Supportive management team
* Buzzy office environment

Main duties -

* Taking inbound calls
* Transferring calls from switchboard
* Resolving customer queries
* Being a first point of contact
* Assisting with customer complaints
* Processing payments over the phone
* Completing light admin duties

Desired skills-

* Previous experience working in similar role
* Customer service experience
* Admin experience
* Ability to tune in to customers needs
* Calm and professional approach
