Salary and Hours of Work:

* Role share: we require someone to work collaboratively PART TIME 2-3 days per week, however must be flexible to cover holiday/absence.
* 09:00AM - 17:00PM, however can be flexible if have other commitments.
* Up to £30,000 PRO RATA

This is a temporary assignment.

Responsibilities:

Your role of customer care specialist requires a blend of technical knowledge and interpersonal skills.

* Provide excellent customer care
* Active 'social listening', reviewing all social media platforms and responding to posts, queries or complaints
* Review customer complaints and take appropriate action, including printing off letters and sending vouchers
* Serve as liaison between management and customer support team
* Document all customer interactions
* Create and present weekly reports to management
* Train new call centre employees
* Some work within telesales will be required

Requirements:

As a customer care specialists you would need to have a high level of patience and maintain professionalism at all times. Must also have excellent conflict management skills, as well as:

* Using knowledge of email and written communication skills to provide customer care through email software
* Previous experience of working in a Call Centre and telesales department
* Using product and service knowledge to answer customer questions
* Serving as a liaison between management and customer care support team
* Documenting every interaction between customers and support team
* Crafting and presenting weekly customer care reports to management
* Experience with customer relationship management and excel spreadsheets.
* Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
* Must be flexible and be driven to succeed!
