Your new company

A global and successful organisation which specialises in Facilities Management & Building Maintenance.

The company has consistently went from strength to strength, shown with their £16m turnover last year.

Due to an internal move, they are looking for an HVAC Engineer to join their team in the North East.

Your new role

* You will join a team of engineers covering the North East retail contract, with Monday to Friday hours- 8:30am to 5pm
* You will look after PPM and reactive maintenance only with no installations on HVAC equipment
* You will cover the call out rota initially 1 in every 7/8 weeks, reducing to 1 in 4 weeks later down the time

What you need to succeed

Your experience within a similar role & environment will drive your success.

You will also need to have your core tickets within date, alongside your Fgas and full driving licence.

What you will get in return

You will be offered a permanent contract with a salary of £35k, alongside a £150 callout allowance and generous overtime
