Randstad are delighted to be working with a leading housing provider who are looking for a Procurement Administrator to join the team based in Cranfield.

Main Duties:

* Assist in the customer consultation process by maintaining records and responding to enquiries.
* Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders.
* Produce process maps and procurement programmes.
* Draft and amend reports.
* Maintain all digital project files, ensuring document versions are in order and are updated regularly.
* Organising meetings, taking minutes and producing notes.


* Strong administration experience
* Well organised with a strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
* Ability to use and learn computer software packages, such as Microsoft Office and process mapping software.
