Purchase Ledger Assistant - HML Croydon 95 London Road

* Good understanding of Residential Property Management and current legislation
* A high level of attention to detail and numerical accuracy required.

1 Input authorised and coded supplier invoices onto PMS.
2 Raising supplier cheques.
3 Printing & distributing supplier invoices to satellite offices.
4 Weekly supplier payments.
5 Reconciling supplier statements.
6 Filing supplier invoices.
7 Answering telephone calls and dealing with Supplier queries.
8 Inter account transfers.
9 Monitoring of intercompany debt
10 Utility management


1 Updating of spreadsheets in Excel.
2 Creating letters or correspondence on Word.
3 Any other Ad Hoc requirements.
