I'm currently recruiting for an administration role in Wootton Bassett, this is an ongoing temporary position working within a very busy team. Your usual working hours will be Monday to Thursday 9.00-17.00 and Fridays 9.00-16.00.

*Immediate ongoing temporary work
*Full time hours
*Holiday pay

Working within this exceptionally busy team, you will be assisting with administrative tasks on a day to day basis. This will include;
*General administration
*Copying and scanning documents
*Uploading files electronically
*Diary management
*Updating databases with information
*Answering calls to the department and taking messages for the team
*Liaising with clients and customers
*Booking appointments

Skills and experience;
*Minimum of 12 months office based experience
*Good attention to detail and high level of accuracy
*Excellent organisation skills
*Good IT skills
*Excellent communication skills
*Customer service skills
