Here at Randstad CPE we are working on a fantastic opportunity for a strong all-round maintenance Fabric Engineer to work on an exciting new contract for a South West based facilities maintenance provider.

You will be joining a large facilities team, striving to create the best possible working environment for your client. This role offers a great package of £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, on a permanent and full-time contract.

You will be working as a mobile Fabric Engineer covering a small geographical patch of around 2 postcodes. To be successful for this role, you should be able to demonstrate the following capabilities:

Carry out in high standard repairs and maintenance to the facilities including; fabric, joinery, electrical, painting, tiling, resealing etc.

Regular inspection of boiler, plant room and all public areas.

Health & Safety checks / Fire alarm testing

Excellent time management skills

Ability to work alone and under time pressure

Strong client-facing experience
