Are you Degree educated? Do you have prior sales account management experience? If so, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Account Associate to manage and develop an active and vibrant client portfolio.

The Account Associate will enjoy an active book of business and will be tasked with ensuring that all accounts are maintained and maximised as well managing key projects. If you have a passion for working with professional clients, enjoy working in a buzzy environment and have an interest in design and account management this is the perfect role for you. The Account Associate will earn a competitive salary of £27,000-£30,000 with a realistic OTE £35K-£38K. The right candidate will need to be efficient, organised and have gained exposure working to targets in a client facing environment.

The purpose of the role is to help bring the mission to life by problem-solving and providing customer service and sales skills to manage projects and drive profitable sales.

As an Account Associate, you will:

*Manage assigned accounts and projects; coordinate projects from the opening of the jobs through sample production to full order
*Positively and professionally interact with clients, team members, designers, factories and vendors on all aspects of the project, including concept, design, price and production
*Deliver on established sales goals; track growth and sales progress through individual weekly sales and profit reports
*Maintain and develop positive business and client relationships; work with existing clients to review their level of satisfaction and inquire about potential new opportunities
*Maintain an understanding of customer service protocol and client-specific procedures required to service existing accounts.

*You're an excellent team player; you effectively work towards common goals with strong communication skills and a supportive attitude
*You have a college degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in an account management/client relations environment (previous industry experience a plus)
