Our Client, one of the UK's leading Facilities Management Companies are currently looking for a mobile fabric repair technician based in and around Slough to provide proactive and reactive maintenance.


The successful applicant will ensure service delivery targets are met to the highest standards and maintained across a multiple client base.

Ensure all planned and reactive maintenance tasks and certification are carried out in accordance with the appropriate policy, specifications and HSE regulations and guidelines.

Adhere to SLA performance related targets.

All Paper work statuary and compliance is to be completed in line with the company policy.

Works to be carried out with diligence, competence and in a manner that ensures customer expectations are met every time.

To develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal clients and key stakeholders.


Be aware of and understand the requirements of VINCI HSE procedures.

* Complete all works in a competent and compliant manner in accordance with the appropriate policy, specifications and HSE requirements and documents completed.
* Work proactively within their team to improve H&S standards.

Work closely with the central H&S team to improve H&S standards.

* To develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal clients and key stakeholders.


* Personal IT skills.
* Possess a level of competence in the application of IT skills (Excel / Word /

Preferred - Possess a level of competence in the use of a PDA device and understand the importance of the work order data.

City & Guilds or similar in carpentry or plumbing.

Qualified general builder or all round DIY specialist.

Full driving licence is required.

All successful candidates will be DBS checked (CRB).
