An immediate opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Administrator/Finance Administrator to join our client, an exciting care business in the start up stages based in Potters Bar.

Key responsibilities of the Accounts Administrator/Finance Administrator job will include:

* Liaising with and providing administrative support to the franchise owner and registered manager
* General administrative tasks such as correspondence via post, e-mail, and fax and general maintenance of the office environment
* Assisting with the updating of records of client
* Processing and recording payments
* Administer invoices and expenses claims received
* Working with the operations manager to prepare HR records, create job advertisements, contracts, and filing for HR
* Collating client satisfaction data and quality assurance programmes
* Dealing with enquiries from new and existing customers
* Providing first class customer service at all times when representing right at homes and care givers

The ideal Accounts Administrator/Finance Administrator will possess the following attributes/skills:

* Excellent level of IT literacy with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
* General office administrative duties
* Working knowledge of payroll and invoice processes
