Randstad CPE are working with a valued client who are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their growing team on a permanent basis on the outskirts of Edinburgh.

For this role you must have 2 years minimum experience within maintenance/ facilities administration.

You will be required to carry out the following duties;

* Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft excel and word and have the ability to learn new bespoke packages
* Strong administration experience preferably from an FM\ maintenance background
* Good telephone manner
* Must have the ability to communicate effectively with clients and engineers
