Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Wembley - Monday-Friday - £36,000 + Package


Are you an Experienced Electrical Engineer looking for a new exciting challenge with great routes of progression working in a modern commercial building?


The roles requires working as part of a well established maintenance team working for a well established international construction company for a site in Wembley.

The successful candidate is able to maximise their potential and progress internally through the company in the future. The role would be ideal for a dynamic engineer looking to establish a long career and develop their skills further through training, the client has also mentioned that within 6-12 months they would be looking for the successful candidate to progress into a supervisor.

Hours:

* Monday - Friday - 7:30am - 4:00pm

* £36,000 per Annum

Duties:
PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
General building services tasks
Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, FCU's, AHU's, HVAC plant, Water treatment
Landlord and Tenanted areas of a large blue chip companies
Lighting, lamp and ballast changes
Electrical fault finding
PAT testing

Requirements:

* City and guild level 2 and 3 in Electrical installations (or equivalent)
* 17 th Edition
* HV Authorised - desirable
* Apprentice trained - desirable
* Commercial Maintenance Experience
* Very Client facing
