Role: Digital Crisis Intelligence Team Lead
Hours: A choice of 07:00 - 15:00 or 15:00 - 23:00 Monday - Friday + Weekend work
Salary: £27,000 - £40,000 DOE

Your role is to work for some of the UK and Europe's largest brands. You will work with and manage their team of world leading experts to analyse and detect social media crisis. You will be using state of the art technology and receive outstanding training from day 1. Your role is to help identify and manage a crisis even before it happens.
This position will require 24/7 shift work.
- Have managed a team of people ideally around 25 people +
- You will have an inquisitive nature
- You will actively use social media
- Have a great attention to detail
- Be interested in the news and current affairs
- You will be from an Analytical background
- Bi-Lingual is desirable but not essential
