Are you looking for a role within a newly created regeneration company based in the North East with a family feel team, benefits including a highly competetive holiday scheme, flexi hours package and a high pension rate?

The role:

* To work closely with the site team to establish and ensure the effective implementation of the Quality Management System
* Compliance with contract quality requirements and the compilation of records to demonstrate the conformity of the works
* Ensuring an effective quality management system is established and provide training for others
* You will need to review and evaluate inspection and test plans from subcontractors and ensure audits are undertaken in accordance with the audit schedule

We will need:

* A HND or Degree in Construction or a related subject
* Past experience with Council Housing
* Have knowledge or quality control activities
* Have achieved, or be working towards, a professional quality qualification
