Your role:
  • Conduct customer experience/user experience research
  • Strategically map out customer’s journey to provide the UX designers with relevant information to improve
  • Interview customers/colleagues for detailed opinions about their experience
  • Help the Head of CX (Customer Experience) to run workshops
  • Generate ideas and visions to improve customer experience based on the information you’ve acquired
