The Role: Customer Retention Advisor

The Customer Retention Advisor will be tasked with supporting the customer strategy through the application of first class service and consummate communications skills. As such, the ideal candidate will be a confident individual that is comfortable speaking to a broad range of clients.
  • Support the Customer Strategy across Payment Solutions
  • Employ excellent communication and negotiation skills to elicit warm conversations with customers regarding their current financial terms
  • Communicate confidently to prospects regarding the value propositions of the company
  • Resolve customer issues, escalating them to relevant people where necessary
