Key Account Manager

Salary £20,000 + commission + £3500 Car allowance - First Year OTE £47,500


A Key Account Manager is required to join a private medical organisation that is the first and only directory of excellent doctors in the UK. The company is designed to help people find the best medical care in the UK.


As the Key Account Manager you will be required to:
- Close deals with clients on a face to face basis.
- Attend at least three appointments that will be arranged for you by the lead generating team
- Deliver profitable growth against Company objectives and targets
- Present services, prepare proposals, perform contract and price negotiations and close the sale with the clients
- Develop and deliver sales presentations
- Deliver targeted amount of customer visits following robust business plan and prioritisation process
- Engage with prospective customers at all levels
- Consistently achieve agreed new business KPIs
- Keep the CRM database up to date
- Uphold the Company image through personal behaviour and appearance including the presentation of yourself
- Produce and present monthly forecast on all key business projects
- Continue to enhance knowledge of competitor information
- Complete all administrative functions of the role in a prompt and efficient manner

The ideal Key Account Manager will have:
- Proven new business success in a corporate environment
- Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for quality
- Confident approach towards meetings and deals
- Sound business acumen
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Drive to achieve results and exceed targets
- Good all-round IT knowledge
- Experience closing deals face to face
- Excellent presentation skills
