Salary up to £40,000 (depending on experience), Car Allowance, Pension
This leading house builder are one of the country's largest developers, building homes throughout the UK.

They build several thousand homes per year, ranging from one bedroom apartments to luxury homes up to 6 bedrooms. With continued growth and large scale schemes developing throughout the Yorkshire region they are looking for an Architectural Technician for their Yorkshire office.


Architectural Technician


Reporting to the Design Manager, the Architectural Technician will be responsible for timely delivery of complete, high quality and cost effective designs and approvals for multiple new build housing developments.
Duties to include:


" Manage the housetype portfolio, working closely with the Group Design Department
" Procure / produce architectural detailing where non-standard
" Procure Building Regulation approvals
" Ensure all customers are working with correct information
" Procure landscaping related surveys, designs and management plans
" Deal with site queries
" Procure / produce information to assist the legal/sales team (deed plans etc)
" Assist the sales team in producing sales & marketing material
" Manage payments & budgets
" Ensure the quality of architectural information provided both internally and externally is of the highest standards

The Candidate

As an Architectural Technician who will have the following background and experience

" Degree or equivalent in an Architectural discipline
" Currently working for a volume house builder - desirable
" Architectural practice background with strong residential experience would be considered
" Well organised and computer literate
" Full driving license
