Architectural Technician

My client, a boutique Architectural Practice in South West London, are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join their team to work on a variety of different Residential projects from planning to completion.

They have developed a special understanding of the London 'Super-Prime' residential sector and work with international decorators and interior designers to create bespoke residences of the highest quality.

Their client list includes private individuals as well as developers, using their own expertise and experience to add value to every project. The teams are tailored to deliver a top quality service for each phase of the scheme, large or small.

Having specialist technical skills that have been developed over many years. These projects demand an extraordinary level of detail that incorporated the very latest technical solutions in their work.

You would be working on Luxury residential projects at a minimum value of £2m and will have an experience in working in the London Residential market. You would be working in a lead position, working directly with the principals of the practice to complete high quality designs.

-Must have at least 4 years experience working as an Architectural Technician
-Full proficiency of AutoCAD
-Excellent verbal and written English
-Ideally worked in the High End Residential Market
-Relevant experience working in an Architectural Studio or a Housing Developer as a Architectural Technician
-High level of technical ability and a keen eye for design
