My client are a busy, successful and friendly architectural practice based in the south west London area, with a very healthy pipeline of work they are looking for a couple of experienced Architectural Technician/Technologist's to join their team to work on the construction stages of a major mixed use development.

The project will be part of a major redevelopment of a city centre comprising of retail, hospitality and residnetial units. My client has recently been appointed to deliver the construction stages of the project and as a result are looking for experienced and technically sound Architectural Technician/Technologist's to join their team.

Ideally you would have experience working as a Architectural Technician/Technologist on large scale mixed use projects from stage 4 onwards, and have a high level of proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit ideally. In return my client can offer a great working environment in a friendly and very successful studio with a great work life balance.

Architectural Technician/Technologist key responsibilites-



* At least 5 years working experience in the UK as an Architectural Technician/Technologist.
* Confident working from stage 3 on wards on complex projects.
* High level of skill producing technical detailing.
* Site experience.
* Excellent communication.
* Proficient in AutoCAD and ideally, revit.
