We currently have an opportunity to work in the Ferryhill area, County Durham, on a temporary basis.

Benefits:

28 days paid holiday, rising to 33 days after 12 weeks service (inc. public Hols)Monthly performance lead bonus including annual attendance bonusRegular Performance review schemesFull induction and ongoing trainingAuto Enrolment Pension Scheme

A continental shift pattern will be worked (4 on, 4 off) which includes 2 x 12 hour day shifts followed by 2 x 12 hour night shifts, 06:00 - 18:00 and 18:00 - 06:00

Candidates must be over the age of 21 for insurance purposesPrevious experience in a similar position would be an advantageCPCS would also be an advantage

Responsibilities:

Test Performance of articulated trucksTest Quarry equipment such as excavatorsAdhere to standard work practices

We have an opportunity to support an import business , with Powered Pallet truck operation responsibilities. Working nights for up two weeks starting on 2nd January 2021 Benefits:£10.39 per hourFree on-site car parkingAccess to all site facilitiesAccess to Randstad benefits including high street discounts Weekly pay and pension Full on the job training Hours of Work: 22:00 to 06:00 Responsibilities:Working with the team to unload pallets from trucks (wooden pallet + finished product on it),Check if wooden pallets are heat treated (by checking if there's a black stamp on the pallet). Every pallet that is not heat treated will have to be exchanged with a heat treated pallet (there is a stock available of wooden heat treated pallets at the warehouse) by using a pallet inverter. Finally all wooden pallets with finished product will be loaded again in the truck.Please apply as soon as possible, this position needs to be fulfilled urgently.
